What Makes Mela Peel Stand Out?
Uneven skin tone is a problem that troubles not only those who have previously dealt with acne but also often results from inflammatory changes or insufficiently effective sun protection. Regardless of the causes, a peel that combines active ingredients can be helpful in such cases. These ingredients not only effectively reduce discoloration but also provide long-lasting results. An example is Mela Peel, which is based on several exfoliating and brightening acids. Unlike treatments that use just one acid, this peel is suitable for various skin types and addresses multiple causes of discoloration.
Treatment Process
Mela Peel is a three-step procedure. The skin is first cleansed using a glycolic acid foam. Active Peel, containing salicylic, azelaic, ferulic, and phytic acids, is then applied to the clean skin. The number of layers – two or three – depends on the skin’s condition. The treatment is completed with Mela Peel, featuring active ingredients such as lactic acid, salicylic acid, kojic acid, arbutin, and retinol. The peel is washed off by the patient after six hours. The therapy continues over the next 30 days, during which a stabilizing cream and a product preventing new discoloration must be used.
Treatment Effects
Thanks to acid-based products, the treatment evens out skin tone and reduces discoloration and spots. Following the application of subsequent products, dead skin cells are exfoliated, restoring the skin’s glow and brightness. For more persistent discolorations, two treatments with a four-week interval may be necessary.
